Eurogia+
The EUREKA cluster for low-carbon energy technologies
Teknova has become a member of fine company. The institute is Norway’s representative in Eurogia+, a research network under the Eureka umbrella. Eureka is the leading European network for research based innovation, with 3000 participants in 36 member countries. They have 600 running projects, and an annual budget of 4 billion Norwegian kroner.
Eurogia+ is a Eureka initiative for research related to oil and gas, CO₂-handling and renewable energy. At the moment there are 15 participating countries says Bjørn Henriksen, senior advisor in the Norwegian Research Council and national Eureka coordinator.
Henriksen adds that Teknova will act as Norway’s intermediary post within Eurogia. Teknova will follow the development, particularly on the most extensive single project on CO₂ of all times.
